When you’re in powerless energy, you feel helpless, hopeless, depressed, anxious - even angry. It’s a deep feeling of powerlessness that you just can’t shake, no matter how brave or powerful or assertive you try to be (& when I explain why, you’re going to have a serious ‘ah-ha’ moment!).
And while it can be due to some of the painful experiences that may have happened in this lifetime, for those of us going through the spiritual awakening experience, sensing a lack of power is sadly, TYPICAL.
Why? Because we’re lightworkers, which means we’ve incarnated into MANY lifetimes where we’ve originally been in our power - utilizing our spiritual gifts, intuition and abilities BUT - in so many of those lifetimes, it has so often gone WRONG.
Lightworkers ALWAYS carry a past life where we've been hurt, harmed, ridiculed, excluded, accused or even killed for our gifts.
Guess what the soul does in order to ensure survival and protect against danger like this ever happening in future lifetimes again?
It shuts down our power.
Just like pulling out the power cord, we’re left drifting, feeling helpless, unsure and powerless, with this niggling sense that SOMETHING is missing, but stuck in the 3D amnesia of never being sure what that really is.
But believe it or not, this isn’t actually the worst part of power issues. The worst part is that it causes chakra BLOCKS when it shuts down our power, and this is where it gets SERIOUS…
Power issues block not ONE, but TWO main chakras, causing blocks that are so impactful, they actually DISRUPT our connection to Source, ensuring that re-connecting with our personal power is almost impossible. It becomes this self-perpetuating problem.
It blocks the solar plexus (bet you could guess that one, as it is the seat of our personal power within) - but did you know it also blocks the THROAT chakra too? I’ve seen this double power block show up SO. MANY. TIMES in my 1:1 sessions - sometimes it even happens in real time in the session - either the client’s voice or my own becomes squeaky and distorted as the energy shows us where the problem is. Of course! When you feel powerless you can’t speak up, you struggle to communicate or be heard too - so no wonder it restricts the throat chakra and stops it dead in its tracks! Finally we find the SECRET to power issues - the solar plexus alone will not solve the problem.
What This Double Chakra Block Means For You
If you have power problems, both your solar plexus and throat chakra are likely congested and shut down.
Not only does this mean that your chakras are not actively functioning as they should, but you’re also disconnected from Source and your source of power energy, leaving you completely STUCK in your spiritual growth (energy blocks become life BLOCKS too!). But worse still, your energy is lessened, ensuring that no matter what you try to do to regain or even develop personal power, it just won't stick, because there simply isn’t ENOUGH energy to sustain it - and let’s be honest, spiritual awakening sure requires every available drop of energy you have to get you through!
Having not one but TWO main chakra blocks means that clearing these chakras is URGENT - failing to clear these chakras leaves our progress at a standstill and our energy stagnant and disconnected (if you’ve been feeling powerless and exhausted, this is likely why).

When I went through my awakening, I hit crisis level. I was chronically ungrounded (no matter what I tried) and that led to a LOT of anxiety. I was overwhelmed and burnt out because I couldn't control my psychic senses. My emotions and feelings were so heightened and erratic that I just couldn't cope. I was secretly afraid that I was losing my mind.
