This can show up as agitation, worrying, nervousness, being unable to settle - even palpitations or hyperventilating at times too.
- Emotional Overwhelm or Numbness
Unresolved trauma may lead to intense emotional reactions or, conversely, a feeling of emotional detachment or numbness, making it hard to connect with others or even yourself. This often manifests as feeling like everything is just too much, or feeling flat and emotionless and can result in being too in your head or ‘zoning out’.

When I went through my awakening, I hit crisis level. I was chronically ungrounded (no matter what I tried) and that led to a LOT of anxiety. I was overwhelmed and burnt out because I couldn't control my psychic senses. My emotions and feelings were so heightened and erratic that I just couldn't cope. I was secretly afraid that I was losing my mind.
