Without it, life can feel too serious and hard to bear and we often feel hopeless, simply because we are not connected enough to balance our experience. In some cases it even causes us to dwindle on the awakening pathway much longer than our souls would like.
In order for us to make it through awakening, we not only need a connection to a higher force (and there is no greater, purer and more divine force than the energy of Christ consciousness at Christmas time) but we also need the relief of finding our balance point, of taking a breather, of realizing the inner stillness that we carry and being able to slow everything down for a moment.

WHAT IS A GUIDED MEDITATION?
A guided meditation is simply a way of relaxing that is being led by someone else, so that you can let go and focus on relaxation by following someone's instructions. Ours is slightly different in that it involves some energetic activations which will actively open your crown chakra, reconnect you to the Christ energy and also help you to experience stillness within.
This guided meditation is especially useful as it trains your energies to connect in a way that is trustworthy, protected and above all, still safely grounded. It can be repeated anytime you choose to connect with anything spiritual for safe, guided interactions and includes the VITAL re-grounding afterwards, which must be done correctly during the awakening process to ensure you are protected, balanced and present.
WHAT IS CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS?
Christ consciousness is simply the energy of Christ as an ascended master - the energy of creation, love, charity and kindness - all wonderful qualities that we usually connect to mainly at Christmas time. It is not religious and you don't have to belong to any faith or religion to tap into it. It will help you to tap into that divine spark of light within you, and also the energy that permeates everything in and around us too. 4 years ago I went through a spiritual awakening that hit crisis level. I was exhausted, emotional, overwhelmed and painfully sensitive and my body was breaking down too. I felt like I'd gone crazy. To make things worse, no one in the healing community could help me. They didn't know how.
I knew I was going to have to help myself, so I dedicated myself to healing, a little everyday and soon I was secure, stable, confident and well equipped for the awakening process.
