Releasing Stress Is Vital On Your Awakening Journey

Life is challenging enough without adding a spiritual awakening into the mix, but when it is, it becomes even more important to regularly cleanse our energies and soothe our racing minds. Awakening mastery is about learning to release stress and find our center - even in the midst of the chaos and pressure of earthly life. Stress is an unavoidable part of everyday life. We can't stop stressful situations from happening, but we can begin a daily, weekly or monthly practice to help release the tension, stop the pressure from building up and bring a frequent dose of calm and peaceful healing.

When we keep our bodies relaxed, we remain in a state of conscious awareness and acceptance, meaning we're more able to deal with challenging situations in a balanced and manageable way when they come up. And the more we heal any issues resulting from feeling inferior or unworthy, the less we obligate ourselves to suffer excess stressful situations unnecessarily. It brings boundaries where we know that 'I take care of me for you, and you take care of you for me'. How often do I need to do the meditation?

What is it you are channeling?
I like to refer to this energy as high vibrational energy, but in truth it is an amalgamation of many highly ascended masters who are working with us throughout the awakening process. They channel the energy in a way that is entirely compatible with our human bodies and is tailored to the appropriate level for each individual and the state of their energies at the time. We expect disruption, discomfort or physical reactions for energy shifts, but when this energy is conducted correctly it is so compatible and in alignment with our own that it is integrated seamlessly. The meditations can also have a physical effect too in some circumstances if the energy is connected to a physical challenge or complaint.
